When I first signed up, I was eager (like many folks) to start racking up a decent interest rate. I linked an account and got confirmation that the transfer was successful; however, the following day, I was informed that the transfer had been reversed. When I attempted to link a different account, I was told I needed to do it 'manually' through customer service. Yet, I still haven't received a response and can't link a new account (since only one can be linked at a time). Even my attempts to talk to customer service were fruitless, and honestly, I feel like I'm either being scammed or the staff at Tellus are just really incompetent. The person 'assisting' me keeps repeating the same questions, as if they don’t understand how the app works. I really want to start earning the interest that Tellus promised, but all I've seen so far is a lack of competence. UGH.

Original Review: The Tellus app has a solid investment model, and I really want it to work for me, but they flagged my account for some reason, so I can't do any ACH transfers. I've used Plaid and ACH with other similar investment apps and haven't run into this problem. Customer service suggested using Zelle, but shortly after that, it seemed to have disappeared as a funding option. That leaves bank wire, which isn't practical due to the domestic wire transfer fees from my bank.

Updated Review: After posting my first review, Tellus customer service was super quick to fix the problem, and it looks like everything is sorted out now. I can start transfers without any issues. Time will tell how much I enjoy the Tellus app overall. Thanks a bunch!

Is it straightforward to move funds back to your bank account from Tellus?

Why doesn't the TELLUS APP provide phone numbers or a physical address for customer service? If they did, it would definitely boost investors' confidence in the TELLUS APP.
